an entertaining and informative program of stories as author of ELEPHANT HIPS ARE EXPENSIVE and her research into “Judy’s Kids” as they raised money to bring the elephant to the Oklahoma City Zoo.
Her program will include a general overview of the writing process, working with an artist to create illustrations, the history of “Judy the Elephant” in OKC, the way views of animal preservation have changed over time.
